How does it work?
All work on custom development projects follows these steps:
You buy a EPS-Cart license on our site and get access to our Customer Help Desk system.
Once in the Customer Help Desk system go to the Submit Ticket section to place a request for custom development work.
You will then be contacted by a quote manager. You will specify in greater detail the modifications needed, agree on a final cost and get a time line for the work to be completed.
The project manager will then issue the invoice.
When the project is paid for, we add it to our project record system, and our programmer starts working.
During the work on the project we give you a link on our test server where the progress of our work can be viewed.
If you need to communicate with our programmers during the course of the project you should submit your message in the project ticket in our Customer Help Desk system.
As soon as the project is finished and approved by you, our engineer uploads the custom changes and updates to your server.
How much does it cost?
Each project will be priced individually depending on the complexity of the work requested.

Installation process
After the service is purchased, our specialist will contact you and ask you to provide the following information, necessary for installation:
* HTTP & HTTPS URLs to your store
* FTP URL to load files
* FTP username & password
* MySQL hostname
* MySQL username & password
* MySQL database name
EPS-Cart skin name you wish to be activated in the front-end of your store
If you have shell (SSH) access or you are able to provide us with access to the control panel of your website, it will be very useful for us.
The information about the access to the server and the database can be obtained from your hosting provider. As for the skin, you can choose the most suitable one among the skins included in the standard package either on the default skins set page or by visiting the EPS-Cart demo store.
Often it is enough to provide us with the name of the skin you liked and the access information to your site's control panel. This information is given by your hosting provider when purchasing the hosting.
Within one business day after the required information is received, our engineers will install EPS-Cart on your server and provide you with all the details for store access.
Ordering the Installation Service
You can order the installation service while buying the EPS-Cart license on our site. This service can also be ordered later via the Customer Help Desk system, access to which is available for every EPS-Cart owner
